"Room was comfortable and clean.ceiling peeling from obvious leaks, could use a refresh. Refrigerator freezer over frozen with som old substance on the ice. Yucky. Maintenance responded immediately and changed out refrigerator and helped regulate room temperature. Woman from maintenance very helpful. Staff in restaurant very professional attentive. Breakfast good but Coffee weak and tasteless. Just a Senior Citizen observation(toilet very low ) overall a great stay, great location, staff...

"The pool looked like it hadn't been vacuumed for about a month. Water was cloudy and dirt was built up all along the floor. Bedding was uncomfortable. Breakfast was missing some basics (why would you serve sausage gravy without biscuits?). Staff was friendly"

"Mattresses were beyond firm. Room was small and cramped for the price. No balcony or windows that open which stinks in warmer weather. No space in room for two people sit. Hotel seemed well suited for solo corporate types on working trips versus than for vacationers visiting the region. Breakfast area was nice and pleasant. Hotel employees were very nice. Not a bad place. Just not a fun place."

"We have been going to this Hyatt place for at least three yrs now. Every yr we go back, the service and facility seems to deteriorate. The lobby area is clean but the dining area floors are always so sticky. The free breakfast that’s included with the stay is also horrible! It wasn’t so great to begin with but this time was especially horrible! French toast was stale and hard, sausage was extra greasy bc they were served in the pan w all the leftover grease, potatoes were so dry it was like...

"This hotel can definitely use upgrades Hallway carpet and hotel room carpet need attention for sure. I personally really don’t like carpeting on hotel room floors for sanitation reasons. You will have an option cemetery view or street view."
