"Très bon séjour, juste dommage la chambre devait etre disponible a 14h , la chambre n'était pas prête, on nous a demander de revenir a 15h. Nous sommes revenu qu'à 16h nous avons eu les clefs et arrivés devant la chambre le menage n'était pas fini. Mais sinon Très bon hotel , confortable, agréable. Je recommande."

"The Novotel in Metz was one of the more expensive hotels we have stayed in on our European tour. It is not as classy as we had expected and the decor in the room was dated especially the textured white walls. The plugs in both the sink and shower did not drain well and smelt. The bed was comfortable and pillows fluffy. There is an outside pool but it is very busy with children and not very big. The price of the hotel was not reflected in the stay. The underground parking is shared and smells...

"Ma chambre était située sur le côté et donnait sur une rue adjacente. Jai vraiment apprécié la qualité de la loterie et le calmeaux alentours de l'hôtel ou il n'y avait pas un bruit. La chambre est moderne et pissedecune salle de bain magnifique. La télé à écran plat est de grande taille contrairement à certains hôtels. Le personnel à la réception est très aimable."

And an outdoor swimming pool with sunbeds. Rooms are big and high. Nice beds and good bathroom, which will be renovated too. Nice hotel to keep in mind for next year when we will travel along the route du soleil. Also compliment for the staff who are very friendly. They speak French and English. "
