"Amazing hotel."

"The hotel was very quiet, clean & room was spacious. My only complaint was that we arrived before check-in time at the end of a cruise and my sister-in-law was ill so we requested early check-in . They said no rooms would be ready before 1pm which we understood. It was great that she was able to get in early but my complaint is that the hotel changed her $50! I have traveled a lot of places & never been charged extra for early check-in! I was especially upset because the only reason we needed...

"Nice property and good location from SoFi stadium, we came for a concert. Quiet rooms even for being so close to airport and on the main street side of the building. I will say that it took 3 calls and a visit to the front desk just to get clean towels, the staff never once cleaned the room or changed towels, removed trash etc, that's really the only downside."

"Great hotel for an airport overnight"

"The AC didn’t not work in the room. The room was hot and stuffy. I went to the front desk and was told a maintenance person would go to my room and check it out. Nobody ever came then I called the front desk from my cellphone because my room telephone did not work so it was impossible to get a hold of anyone else. It was a terrible stay. At checkout I informed the front desk again and all he said was he was gonna make a note, and there was nothing he can do since we were leaving."

"Extremely quick trip with the family, but the staff were friendly, the rooms were comfortable and clean and felt the location was perfect. Close to the Sofi stadium and LAX and a lot of food choices within walking distance. They also provided a free shuttle service from LAX which was super convenient."
