"We were a party of 7 going to LA for 5 days. We rented the 3/3 and received an apartment on Poinsetta Place. It was clean and ready to go. The ONLY thing I can complain about is the air flow in the master bedroom and the AC unit kept going back to 75 every night which was aggravating but outside of that the unit was perfect. We walked to the grocery store every morning for coffee and then to various other places in the evening. There was so much to do within walking distance. Parking was great...

"We had a couple issues during our stay, however they were handled in a timely manner. The location was probably the best part about it. We were able to walk to the majority of our destinations during the week. Communication with the host was excellent. If you are a light sleeper, I would recommend staying in an upstairs unit due to the noise from other renters. For the price, location and staff, I would recommend staying."

"The property is exactly as described in the listing. It is easy to get and and get out. Check in process was easy to follow. The apartment is spacious and comfortable. We had a comfortable stay. There is no concierge or person available to help. Everything is self-help. If you’re ok with the things that are available, it is the perfect place for you! On cleanliness, the apartment itself was clean and tidy, though rooftop chairs and table could’ve been cleaner. We had small service issues...
