"If you are visiting Universal Studios, the free shuttle service is wonderful. It runs every 15-20 minutes.
The staff are very friendly and very helpful.
Complaints are the bed, very uncomfortable. The shower has very low pressure. Self parking is $50 daily and Valet is $60 per day. No microwave in the room. I learned the day before our checkout that we could have rented the microwave for the room.

"My wife and I had a great one night stay. The hotel and property were very nice and well maintained. ALL of the staff we interacted with were very nice and had great customer service skills. "Although the room was very beautiful, love that the TV turned around to the living area. They did offer me an upgrade to a suite of course I took that my only bad thing on this trip with something bit me I’m not sure it was it a spider or what but it bit me on my nose and both of my arms front desk.
