"The front desk staff were kind and helpful. The property was very clean, and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. Taking the shuttle to the airport is easy, and while the shuttle driver was friendly, he never offered to help me with my luggage while I was getting on the shuttle, nor when I was getting off the shuttle. While I’m capable of doing many things myself, I’m a “senior” woman and only had 1 carry-on suitcase, so it would’ve been nice if we would have offered some assistance."

"まず一言で言うなら、こんなに古いホテルは数年ぶりに泊まった。そして1泊258ドルなんてありえない。こんなに高いんだから朝食付だったんだろうなと思って聞いてみたら、朝食数もついてないし。
シャトルもQRコードでシャトルバスの現在地がわかるようになっていて、あと何分でホテルに着くとか見えるけど、あれがいいんだかどうかもわからない。毎時間00、30発って言われる方がまだ良かったかなぁ。結局、シャトルバス乗り場で、20分ぐらい待っちゃったし。先頭で乗れたから、それはそれでよかったんだけど。
住んでいた時に比べて、アメリカの物価は高いのはしょうがないにしても、あんなに古くても強気な値段設定だから驚いた。リノベーションにお金がかかるなら、せめて朝食とかつければいいのに。でも、空港近辺のホテルに泊まる人の需要があればそんな事はしなくてもいいのかな。それで収益があればそんな事はしないのか。だから私は次回機会があっても、このホテルには泊まりません。"

"Classic American Motel with zero security as car part is an open car park with no fencing or edges so anyone passing by can see what you are taking from the car. Entrance is also open so anyone can knock on your door or window. Overall property was clean and location is handy when catching a flight the day. But my biggest concern was security. It’s too open."

"I really hate to say this but the room was in need of a lot of work... the walls were dirty, wallpaper peeling. The bathroom sink didn't drain properly. The hot tub was broken, the water feature in the courtyard is drained. The lock on the room door was broken. The 101 highway was very loud, so try to stay to the front. The bed was not comfortable. The "free breakfast" was coffee, juice, and Kirkland granola bars / rice crispy treats. I really wanted to like it but ended up leaving after one...
