"Terrible service, we were not informed that there was a rave happening ahead of time and no parking will be available so have to walk 15 mins with children and luggage to wait 20-25 mins for a shuttle to take us 15 mins away. It was ridiculous rude staff, you also do not get climate control of your own room they control it so I don’t recommend this place at all to stay. Will never go back."

"Very convenient location near LAX. Shuttle service was a bonus and saved us from having to UBER both ways. However, the shuttle buses used need service desperately. The one going to the hotel was acceptable. But the one returning us to the airport was not. The rear suspension is absolutely shot. As in it is riding on its bump stops and every little bump you feel in your bones. It was not pleasant.
Check-in was easy and efficient. The room's air conditioning unit stopped working at around 11pm...
