"AC had trouble in one of the rooms. Asked for it to be fixed and 2 days later still nothing so asked again and they finally got it working. WiFi didn’t work in our room either but it would work if we walked out the front door…. Power went out when it rained several times but only stayed out momentarily. "Great manager, she is kind, knowledgeable, funny, and easy to reach. The place was clean and good location. Great for those on a budget not needing every amenity. If driving, back into parking lot. Grill currently not available due to building of an outside sitting area. Not sure you can walk to marina in 20 minutes, nor would I given the hill, but you definitely cannot walk to the park. "We stayed in the toucan suite. It was a beautiful site up on the hill, but the hike up there was a little tough. Stairs were not built for an easy climb.
