"My stay was almost excellent. A lovely, clean room with good facilities and a comfy bed. The staff were mostly great - especially in Branfords where the female staff in particular were hardworking, super-friendly and cheerful and in the gym/spa where they were all pleasant and helpful. I had a lovely massage by Teira (?) and enjoyed the warm pool and jacuzzi. The breakfasts were excellent too. The maids worked hard also and were very sweet. "We had a lovely stay in a friendly village with lots of things to do and places to eat nearby. The cottage was perfect and had everything you could want. "

"A lovely stay right on the Great Yarmouth sea front. The hotel is decorated to a high standard with quality materials, and the breakfast was excellent, with staff being friendly and attentive. The only negatives are that the internet was very slow and intermittent (not a major problem when you're on holiday) and be aware that parking is on street in the local area so you might have to hunt for a space and be wary of leaving anything in your car.
