"Room smelled of smoke, mattress was uncomfortable and caved in middle. Room was very small, bathroom door entirely to heavy, requires more force than entrance door to room."

The staff were so kind and helpful, and the room was lovely. Additionally, we loved the neighborhood-walking around at the local park and to various bars and restaurants. I can highly recommend the Henry Norman."
