"The room was very clean. My flight got in Porto at 7 am and they were able store my luggage and give me a map of the city to go explore before my check-in time. The staff was very nice and helpful. The location was great, I had the single room with Balcony that had a nice view of the river. I walked to and from the centre a couple times a day, even all the way to Gaia which was only a 30 min walk. I saw other reviews so I can prepared with earplugs, so noise was not an issue for me. "Several of the staff were very friendly and helpful. One young lady at reception even remembered my first name the day after checking in. The gentlemen working at reception and at the restaurant were also very pleasant and helpful. The initial person who checked us in wasn’t very pleasant and one lady working in the restaurant seating people was not cooperative or pleasant. The breakfast was exceptional and the staff at breakfast were very attentive."
