"The hotel’s location is a real plus — close to the airport and about 15 minutes from downtown.
Unfortunately, our overall experience was let down by management. At check-in, we were offered two complimentary drinks for myself and my partner. A few days later, we were told the offer only applied between 5:00–6:30 PM and were asked to pay instead — a restriction never mentioned at check-in or noted on the card we received.
When I raised this with the General Manager the next day, I found them...

Facilities within the hotel were amazing and the complimentary first drink, tea/coffee provided and afternoon tea in the lounge was such a lovely addition. "Hampton Inn is my go-to hotel for everyday travel. The front desk host was very friendly and professional. The room was clean, but a little cramped. Breakfast is always a must for us when traveling with children and this was just as expected. Would stay here again."
