"The front desk lady that checked us in informed me that with being a Hilton honors member, we could do a bit later checkout. That was wonderful because with 2 Littles, getting out the door in a timely fashion isn’t the easiest. I am very appreciative of her informing me of that. It was so helpful!! Thank you! "

"The staff is exceptional at this hotel! The room was small but comfortable, we were only there one night. The restaurant was good- it was a Friday night and Very busy, only one server!! But she did a great job. I would give 4 1/2 stars ifi could because of the breakfast- it was a typical free breakfast but if you didn’t get it included in your package, there was an additional charge. Ours was included so no biggie, but if you had to pay that would be extremely disappointing. "

"Had an early flight out of GRR over Thanksgiving, during a very typical winter storm the night before. Drove down to stay the evening to not have to make the two hour drive in bad weather, and was extremely surprised and impressed at our stay. This property is super clean, quiet, easily accessible and comfortable. The front desk was wonderful and very helpful. 10/10 stay, and would pick this hotel over all of the others in the area if we need to stay before or after a flight again."
