"Very nice flat plenty of space and nice and clean.A few items could be improved, no soap in the property, instructions for the washing machine would be helpful .Guests staying a week or more it would be nice to have a welcome pack or at least some tea and milk etc .
Biggest problem no Wi Fi ,
property uses a neighbours internet to run the smart Tv which only had one bar or didn’t work at all for the 1st 3 days but tv guys sorted it to freeview. As the phone signal is not good in the area I really...

"The property has real presence and looks stunning. Its decor is in keeping with the property and looks a bit worn but makes it feel loved. Breakfast was good but we had to wait both days for the food to be topped up as there’s only one waiter trying to do everything. The room was large and bed was comfy. The bathroom was not good no water pressure so water came out very slowly and not very hot. Shower unit was very noisy and no heating for such a big bathroom apart from a towel rail so it was...

"Overall, a pleasant stay, although there were a few areas that could certainly be improved.
Parking was convenient, the Wi-Fi was reliable, and the shower was very good. The bed was also comfortable, which made for a good night’s sleep.
However, the cleanliness of the room was disappointing, particularly the carpet, which was covered in stains. This gave the room a tired and poorly maintained appearance and certainly detracted from the overall experience.
Another disappointment was the lack...

"Our room in the coach house was compact but was very clean, had everything we needed and overall satisfactory. Our room faced the main road so lots of traffic noise. The shower room window had clear glass & faced the car park with only a blind for privacy. Last time we stayed we were in a larger quieter Lapwing room which for us was better. Breakfast was very good food & service. All staff attentive, willing & helpful. Would stay again but aim for Lapwing upgrade."
