"Breakfast was cold and when asked a staff member if adding more of an item she said no because it was frozen. It was barely 8:30am She was even in a bad mood. The other older lady was very sweet picking up trash from customers and always smiling Our room really smelled and humidity was bad if ac was under 64 degrees. No towels were left on second day. The toilet in the room was broke, like shattered, the AC stopped working the first day and we called several times each time with the guy promising he would could look at it but never came even though we saw him walking around the property!
