"I had been given an occupied room, and after they changed it, the new room had the AC broken, the door lock wasn’t working properly, and most of the restroom supplies were empty. Overall terrible experience. Highly disappointed"

"the outdoor pool was not clean it felt yucky, the a/c would barely cool down it felt really sticky inside the room, it does have an old smell. the front desk lady was the sweetest , we did not get to attend breakfast. the rooms are clean , bathrooms are clean a little outdated forsure. they do have shampoo, conditioner, body wash , had no problem getting extra towels and blankets& toilet paper. it's a 50/50 definitely needs to be updated and ac fixed and the pool needs cleaning especially...

"our room had roaches, there was a big hole in the kitchen where a drawer was supposed to be, the water pressure in the shower was horrible, like a tiny water fountain, the light fixture in the bathroom was literally missing lol, cheap, but you get what you pay for, the hotel smelled like weed. wont be returning!!"

"This is a 6 story hotel with only one working elevator. We were on the 5th floor and it took forever to catch the elevator. The hallway air conditioning was either not working or non existent which made it very muggy and carried over into the rooms if the air conditioner wasn’t continuously running. I broke out in a sweat just waiting for the elevator. Our room was next to the ice machine but there was no ice bucket in the room. "Our first night there the A/C wasn't working. They fixed the unit but I wasn't approved for a discount on that initial first night. The staff was phenomenal on making the stay comfortable after that. Everything was clean and well attained. They even had a list for attractions."

"Our ac kept switching on its own to heat so we had to keep getting up to fix it bc it got hot.They offered to switch us to another room but being that we were 6 people and to have to switch all our stuff was a no for me.The pool seemed as if it hadn’t been cleaned in months maybe even years and we heard from another visitor that it hadn’t been that way when they last visited over a yr and half before.Staff was great but I honestly wouldn’t stay there again"

"Staff was very friendly and helpful. Was confused by the room thermostat and the window A/C as to what controlled what, my sister had an adjoining room and her AC worked well because she only had the thermostat on the wall. Other than that the area was great, plenty of food options and easily accessible to the highway. Would def stay here again"
