"Muy Agradable el lugar y limpio"

"The floor in the room wasn't clean. The dresser drawers were partly usable. The bottom drawer bottom was completely gone. Air conditioning was fine. The bed was ok. The second night is when I saw the bugs and flies.The TV was hard to figure out so I didn't watch anything. The refrigerator freezer was full of ice which really needed cleaning. This is the first place where I had to stand outside of the office area to check in. One tiny opening in the wall to speak to the attendant. I tolerated...

"Everything was fine, but i guess i didn't read the part where parking at their fenced in parking lot on the hotel grounds was an additional $20+tax a day. Almost every hotel I have stayed at accommodates their guest with parking. I never thought to even look at that when booking. So...just be aware."

"Everyone is always so kind and helpful if we need anything. The rooms are gorgeous with amazing views of the bay."

"Found a dirty sock and a Gatorade cap underneath bed. Pillows were flat and uncomfortable otherwise stay was decent."

"Had a three night stay and my room was never cleaned. When I went down to the desk for fresh towels she said there were none and advised me to take towels from the gym area. Upon entering the gym area, the stench hit me in the face. It did not seem the facility had been cleaned or sanitized at all. The front desk called to my room twice the morning of check out to make sure I was leaving as if forcing me out."

"The hotel provided an average spread of breakfast in the mornings. The staff was very friendly and attended to us very well. Our rooms were clean, but we found a couple of critters around the room and in the mini fridge. The AC in the room was leaking water and the carpet puddle kept spreading. Maintenance never made it in to correct the problem. Again, the staff was friendly but promises never followed through. "

"The receptionist at check-in was friendly, efficient and helpful in getting us settled. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We also very much enjoyed the breakfast as there was a variety of selections from fresh fruits, eggs, sausage, cereal, waffles and pastry. Checkout was a breeze. We didn't use the pool or exercise room, but checked them out and were pleased at the quality of service they afforded."

"Mucho cuidado con este hotel , las imágenes que muestran no son las reales , la habitación en pésimas condiciones y tengo fotos ! La tina del baño con manchas horribles amarillas , las llaves del lavabo casi se desprendían y llenas de sarro Un sillón todo roto ( mejor no pongan nada , da asco ) la rejilla del aire del techo estaba goteando y para terminar encontré en la habitación un empaque de preservativo 😱,,eso quiere decir que la limpieza está terriblemente mala ! en la mañana siguiente...

"I didn't know that you had to request room service before 8am to have them clean the room. Had to request twice towels and toilet paper. I didn't care about cleaning the room but at least take it the trash and remove used towels."

"Although the property was dated and room could definitely use some spucing up, it was conveniently located to the highway, shopping and restaurant. This location does not meet the Marriott standard. The best part of our stay was the staff. They were friendly and welcoming."
