"The hotel is truly beautiful, and the staff is very friendly. Personally, I find it very noisy. In the rooms, you can constantly hear the people next door and above you. The noise from outside was also really loud. At this price point, I would have expected something different."

"If you are visiting Universal Studios, the free shuttle service is wonderful. It runs every 15-20 minutes.
The staff are very friendly and very helpful.
Complaints are the bed, very uncomfortable. The shower has very low pressure. Self parking is $50 daily and Valet is $60 per day. No microwave in the room. I learned the day before our checkout that we could have rented the microwave for the room.

"Although the room was very beautiful, love that the TV turned around to the living area. They did offer me an upgrade to a suite of course I took that my only bad thing on this trip with something bit me I’m not sure it was it a spider or what but it bit me on my nose and both of my arms front desk. Staff was amazing. He did give me some cream for it and they did apologize as well."
