"4/5 stars. I was thankful for an early check in after a long flight. The staff was very accommodating and helpful with any/all questions. The staff ensured we had the pack n play for our 1 y/o which was nice. Breakfast was pretty good, your average hotel breakfast. Room was comfortable, darkening shades were helpful for naps for our little one. Super convenient to various locations around the area. Would stay again"

"Affordable price with excellent rooms and service."

"The bathtub was not draining, so I contacted the front desk. The lady there advised me to be patient until tomorrow morning when a maintenance guy would be available. They couldn’t even offer an alternative solution, like moving us to another room or providing compensation. Finally, a maintenance guy arrived a few hours later and fixed the problem. He did a great job. On the other downside, there were also a few minor malformations in the room."

"This red lion is a trip back to the past in a good way. Listen if you want fancy go next-door at the Hyatt. However you can get 20% off there breakfast just by staying at the red lion. It wasn’t fancy, but it was clean, it was an old hotel. But it was well maintained. B-"

"Had a brief but wonderful stay at Populus. Steps (or a 15min walk) away from all the great Seattle spots. The property is gorgeous and Zen-like with plants everywhere (watch out for the mosquitoes) and a beautiful library, music room, restaurant, cafe, rooftop—the whole property is impressive. Gorgeous detail in buildout, artwork, and furnishings, modern and clean but not cold at all. Outdoor elements meet a plush hug. "The hotel was in a great location near lumen field . The rooms were nice and staff was great"

"The staff were just excerpt, very helpful and according. John, Alissa and some other front desk and Valet parking were very very nice. In Housekeeping, Maria. N. Was a sweetheart. Her service was very outstanding and she really good with customers. She’s very charming and very helpful. We just love her so much. It was an excellent experience every time we have been there. Please keep your employee’s happy, they are an excellent crew."
