"It was very exciting staying in a castle. We had the family room which was very quaintly laid out with a single bed in its own part of the small turret, through a stone arch. "Excellent clean and tranquil hotel surrounded by farm land. Staff were friendly and helpful would highly recommend somewhere to stay for a relaxing retreat. 5 minute drive to the centre of Stratford upon Avon and easy to get to. "

"Had a grew overnight stay. The amenities in the room were great. Very comfortable, they thought of everything. Lots of parts are newly renovated and well cared for. The staff were really kind, friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend "

"The hotel was good and clean with the rooms being of a good standard. One or two things could be better. The evacuation details on the back of the door was quite high up and small. This made it very difficult to read as I am only 5ft 6in tall. This became important as around 8.30pm there was a fire alarm. "Dirt in the room and under the bed. Staff generally good. Booking came with a room upgrade due to status. Room upgrade didn’t occur despite the hotel being empty and having availability on their website. Emailed the hotel through Expedia app (replying to the message they sent me) asking questions. That was ignored and not responded to. Dinner food quality was poor considering my the level they quote themselves to be at and prices charged.
