Ensuite very clean and shoerr was excellent. Beautiful curtains in bedroom. Instructions for entry etc very clear. Excellently placed for a 15 minute walk into Oxford. "The staff were friendly and the rooms clean. We had a triple room which was two single beds and a futon. The futon was so uncomfortable with two metal bars across it. Breakfast was not included in the room so you had to pick off a menu and pay for each item separately so was expensive. Also no alternative to sourdough bread which was very hard. Overall the stay was OK but I would not return. "

"Friendly staff, easy check in. Clean and tidy. It is value for money - do not expect the Ritz. Was there in a party of four on a uni reunion and perfect for one night. Free parking, on the bus route to town, nearby shops inc Tesco and Sainsburys Express, Greggs and Costa. Would recommend and would stay again."
