"Everything was really good with our stay at Walhampton Arms last night! We were welcomed when we arrived to check in! We ate our dinner in the restaurant (I really like the small portions available for people like us who have smaller appetites) and breakfast was brilliant this morning! "Why take your family away and stay in a faceless corporate hotel, cramped into one room, sitting on the beds, when you could be enjoying a lovely quiet rural cottage style family suite! Friendly, welcoming host, tasty continental breakfast - this is a very comfortable, spacious accommodation with all the amenities. The suite was perfect for us, centrally located, just a few minutes walk (no pavement) to the village, with some great eateries. "

Like stepping into an Agatha Christie movie, beautiful furnishings of an era in history. The grounds were well maintained and we loved the Monet Garden - with deer resting near the pond, all very magical.
