"The guy at the desk was really rude - he seemed annoyed when I asked about things for our kids eg cots.
They bought hot water for baby’s bottle in a champagne bucket - we weren’t confident that was sanitary so didn’t use that water.
The room was cold & dusty.
We couldn’t wait to leave and will never be coming back."

"Rooms beautiful and spotlessly clean as always.
Bar service and evening meal were amazing.
Stayed a few times before and will be returning again. Every stay has been faultless. Didn’t have breakfast this time but I can vouch it’s definitely one worth getting up for."
