The room it's okay I like the bed and the pillows but this room did not work the AC when we first got there and I got to call the receptionist to send maintenance and it was bad cause a have a baby ready for night time. Luckyly the maintenance was quick and the rest was good. I notice the carpet on the hallway is dirty kinda old I mean it's not all bad also parking charge I think is cheap and the included breakfast it's nice. Staff is very attentive and bilingual. "We had someone banging on our room door at 1am, had to call guest services to get it sorted out. Joanna at the checkout desk apologized profusely the next morning and provided breakfast vouchers for us A replacement taxi was ordered when some else claimed the first cab that was ordered, and to say that the ride to the cruise ship terminal was hair raising would be an understatement. You might want to consider using a different cab company."

"We just got home after spending our honeymoon in Marblehead. The Hotel Marblehead is a great stay for anyone looking for a clean, relaxing, and quaint get away. They worked with us via phone/email to set up after hours check-in. Our rooms were cleaned/made up everyday upon request. "The Bell Inn provides a fabulous stay for travelers. We stayed on the third floor and our room was huge, the size of a small studio apartment. It was beautifully decorated. The bathroom was very large and was lovely. We had been on the room 2 weeks and the bed was the most comfortable bed we slept in the entire trip. "This was a great value for money on the outskirts of downtown Boston. They also have nice clean rooms, linens, and great shower. Breakfast are always good at Holiday Inn Express. Nice place for an overnight if you just need a place to sleep and have bfast."

"We loved the rooftop restaurant/bar! The hotel was very nice and everyone was really helpful. The only thing that we did not expect if that you can't drive on the street in front of the hotel for a few blocks. And there is limited parking anywhere near the hotel. We ended up parking in a parking garage several blocks from the hotel. For one night, the parking was over $20.00."

"The best things going for this property are the proximity to the airport and the free airport shuttle. There was only one elevator working so wait times were long for that. The room was alright but definitely in need up updating, although the beds were comfortable and seemed relatively new. "I’m guessing the A/C was not working. So to fix the issue, a portable floor A/C was wheeled in which ran all night long with a tremendous noise. Definitely not a good sleep. Now check out is at 11am. We’re five people deep to checkout because the hotel is allowing guests to check their luggage in before they can get into hotel at 4pm. Not well planned from our perspective. Hotel has been great in previous stays. Maybe this was an anomaly"

"We just spent Friday and Saturday nights at the Boston Marriot in Peabody MA to attend a Saturday evening wedding in Beverly. Our room was sufficiently clean and the king size bed was comfortable.
