"Parking for handicapped was available for our 2 nights stay. Disappointed with the queen mattresses. Too soft & needed to be flipped & rotated. Disappointed that the tv did not have ABC station plus wasn’t able to watch local Boston RedSox games on sports channels either with Dish tv service provided."

"This is one of our favorite places to stay anywhere in the US. Lovely inn! Each room has its own individual charm as no two rooms are alike. A bonus is the great continental breakfast! Make detours to Marblehead every time we come to Boston just so we can include a stay here."

"Hotel was nice and clean! They have a little store with food and snacks downstairs. They also have a bar that stays open until 2am. Bartender David was so awesome!! He made our night! AJ at the front desk was just as amazing!! I would definitely stay here again!"

"Room and hotel is basic and met our immediate needs. We chose it due to it's proximity to shopping and downtown Boston. Overall our stay was good and the free parking was much appreciated. "

"Hotel was literally brand new and I loved how good everything smelled - new and clean. Staff was wonderful. Only issue was towels and sheets were so new that all the fuzzies came off on us. They need to be washed a bit more but smelled clean so we’ll take it! Parking is near a dispensary so that was not too great either…..but the hotel, worth ever penny!"

"Asked to change from King to two queens. Told there was a pullout sofa. My husband had gotten ill so we needed two beds the pullout was awful. Tried putting mattress on floor. It was about two inches thick and lumpy. The extra sheets were clean, but scratchy . Proximity to airport meant it was noisy. The big plus was the inside restaurant. Great waitress and food."

"They wouldn’t accept my credit card. So I had to stay at a different hotel. Then had the nerve to charge the same credit card the full amount because I didn’t check in. Place is kind of dirty."

"My room was disgusting. All towels stained, bed sheets stained. Paint on chair floors and counters gross. The entire building reeks of body odor and stale cigarettes. Nips bottles all over the parking lot. 10 out of 10 would NOT recommend staying here. Motel 6 would have been an upgrade to this place."
