"The bathroom was dirty. Dirt and grime at the corners of the shower and walls. Dirt around toilet. I don’t think this has been cleaned in months. No air conditioning I. Hallways. Only 1 elevator in operation. Ice machine also out of order. Restaurant closed on Sunday. Parking lot pot holed!"

"The lobby was hot and uncomfortable, but clean and well maintained. Check in went smoothly after a short wait for the desk attendant to come. Shortly found out that there was no hot water in the entire hotel when a member of my party tried to take a shower. After talking with the front desk about the problem they told us that they had been closed down for the past 2 days while they had no hot water, but, someone came and fixed it so they are now open and were unaware that the hot water was...

"The entire staff was very polite and kind. Our room wasn't very well equipped, but it was very clean. The tissue box was completely empty (not like it had a few tissues left...so it should not have been missed). We had to ask for tissues, toilet paper, and body wash - just for a 2 day stay."

"A recent stay at this facility was terrible. They're redoing the heating system and the AC and you can't get your room any cooler than 70° we had it turned down to 60 and it was very uncomfortable for all. My friend had a medical problem it needed it cooler and they were unable to accommodate us. They also were not able to give us any credit back or make it"

"Very beautiful almost 200 year old home that has been maintained well. Room was super clean and properly stocked with amenities. Staff was super nice and helpful. Close to night life and restaurants. Would definitely stay again."
