"Great location Jackie was there when we arrived to let us in and was friendly and helpful. Parking on street was full but plenty of carparks near by. Room clean and comfortable. Only feedback would be that check in info wasn't completly clear as it says to contact the propery ahead of the stay to get check in details and the number on hotels.com was a landline (i got mobile number from the website and was able to speak to Jackie who said she would be there to let us in so no issues just...

"The property was lovely! Best place we have stayed in Blackpool over the last 20+ years. I wouldnt hesitate to stay here again! Staff were amazing, chatty, nice and welcoming. Car park was full when we arrived (early) but no issues parking on the street nearby at no cost. Room was huge and bathroom was lovely.
