"Upon arrival the receptionist was in a full blown conversation with a friend. She checked us in while talking with that person. No customer service.
The AC had a banging noise all night long. We showered with cold water. When I mentioned it to the receptionist he said he’d let the manager know. (Thats it) no concern to make my stay better."

"I booked room strictly for jetted tub. Upon arrival I was told all 5 rooms with jetted tubs did not work. When I booked no where was it stated jetted tubs did not work.
