"The location is excellent wit convenient connections to terminals and rail station Access to the hotel however is a big problem if you arrive late in the evening. After a flight that arrived at 11.15 pm I arrived at the hotel door just before midnight. The door was locked, no sign of any staff at reception Pushing the bell button multiple times had no effect. The possibility of entering through another entrance on ground floor involved a walk via railway station and walk around a traffic round...
