"Idéalement situé à Funchal dans une rue calme et à 1 minute à pied d'une rue piétonnière agréable avec des restaurants variés. La cathédrale (le centre de Funchal) est à environ 5 minutes à pied. Un centre commercial est à 2 minutes et a un hyper marché pratique pour les achats pour les randonnées ou autres.
