"Extremely disappointed with the service here. Due to the ongoing conflict in the Middle East, my partner and I were unable to make our original dates and requested to move our booking. Despite their 5-star status, the hotel flatly refused to assist or offer any flexibility. For a luxury establishment, the customer service is shockingly poor and completely lacking in basic empathy. Would not recommend if you value peace of mind."
