"My experience at the Canary Ark Hotel was very disappointing and did not meet my expectations. The room was extremely small, and the bed was in poor condition it felt unstable, made a lot of noise with any movement, and sank in the middle, making it uncomfortable to sleep on. "Stayed for 2 nights.Great location for Canary Wharf. Reception staff were welcoming. Lovely hotel but could be improved by attention to detail. On arrival to our room the shower gel had not been checked and was empty, cleanliness could be improved the room was quite dusty and there were stains on the carpet, the robes provided one had two fairly big holes in it and wasn't up to the 4* standard. Water and biscuits were not restocked on day two.The sauna and steam room area were a great asset but...

"Check in was easy. Staff was very welcoming and friendly. Room was a good size for our needs and overall clean. Would encourage them to clean under the beds a little more thoroughly. Great location. Overall, a positive experience!"

"We stayed overnight as a couple for 1 night to celebrate my birthday, the give us two cocktails, a chippy snack and a little card for my birthday (very nice touch). Rooms were very clean, the rooftop bar is lovely for drinks, we didn’t eat there. The only thing we didn’t like or understand was that there seem to be so many people downstairs who were on their laptops clearly working (on MS Teams calls etc) it almost felt like you were sat WeWork offices, this was consistent throughout our stay....

"Stayed at this particular hotel many times, it is our preferred place when we come to London, although it’s expensive and no longer have the discounts they used to offer. Shoreditch location is fab for touristy stuff."

"We had a a very good stay at this apartment, kitchen was fully stocked, everything was clean, beds were comfortable. Only complaint will be front door had no insulation so conversation in the hallways around the elevator sounded like people were in the flat."
