"Great if you’re there to explore the island and barely need the hotel. I like to sleep in a little late some days. The walls are very thin and the staff is a little loud on the property while they’re cleaning and doing maintenance. Lots of mosquitoes but they do have bug spray and sunscreen available if you ask. Staff is amazing and will help as much as they can but I wouldn’t stay again."

"Everything was amazing. The room was SUPER clean. Managers were responsive in a very quick manner. I definitely will stay there again. They had all the beach necessities. We were extremely satisfied with the facilities and the treatment."

"The rooms are amazing. The locale was excellent, just steps from the beach. I didn't dine at the restaurant onsite. To me it was a bit pricey;,but the selection seemed great~lobster, filet mignon, salmon, shrimp & grits... They don't have a hot tub, but there is a heated pool. They offer tons of excursions."

"Although in a sketchy looking part of town, this place is a hidden gem. I love the security factor of using the keypad for access. Pool seemed to be a saltwater pool which was a great difference. Didn’t see any maintenance on the pool as there were multiple dead bugs for the days I stayed there. I recommend going to the poll at night however, because it’s beautifully lit. Temp was a little warmer than I would like but it’s expected since it’s outdoors. Room itself was wonderful and I loved the...

"When I checked in they gave everyone in front of me information about the things to do in and around the hotel. I kept requesting one. I ask for one after several times, they gave me one. The bathroom was leaking. I requested a new room, because I didn't want to slip and fall while waiting on the repairs. Requested denied. The engineers did come and fix the leak. Every member of my family had a problem with their rooms."

George was especially helpful, and the front desk team was always polite, accommodating, and professional. We were celebrating my best friend’s birthday, and the hotel surprised her with a bottle of champagne and a thoughtful handwritten note.
