"When you come off the elevator you will notice the wallpaper pulling up in the hallway and the lack of trim between the wall and floor. The room is clean but very basic. You have a bathroom, shower and bed. No USB charging ports so dont forget your wall pieces. No hooks or shelves in the shower for toiletries, not even a note pad and pen. The minifridge was taped together in the corner with duct tape, the "dresser" didnt fully close, and the first day I was there the toilet seat broke. I asked for it to be fixed right away but after a week and multiple requests it was still broken when I checked out. I stayed on the 3rd floor. The windows had no shades or shears, just drapes that were not blackout and did not keep the sunlight or street light out. The bed is a king sized which is great but you can feel the mattress is old by the feel of the springs when you push down. Housekeeping is another issue. Checkout is 11am yet every morning I was there i had a knock on my door at 8am for Housekeeping. While I was still sleeping. I would ask them to come back after 10 or 11 and nothing. A week stay and Housekeeping only came in 2xs to change towels. They give you a VERY small garbage can that might hold some tissue and then your on your own. I had to get my own bags and keep up on my own. Its apparent this hotel has been left to its own while the owners focused on more expensive places, which is a shame. I would expect better and wont stay here again"

"The breakfast was okay. Sausage was a bit greasy and spicy. The eggs were okay as well. Lots of other items to choose from. "

"Sleep was fine. Fairly run down in some areas. Breakfast was processed and nothing I would want to eat. No complaining as it is what I expected going into it. I was not disappointed. The front desk person could certainly be more engaging. Sign of the times. "

"Our stay was disappointing from the moment we arrived. We checked in during the evening when the hotel was not busy, yet we still had to wait several minutes because the front desk receptionist (I believe her name was Debby) was apparently at the gas station on the corner. During that time, the hotel entrance and desk were left completely unattended, which felt unsafe and unprofessional. Although this is advertised as a smoke-free property, the receptionist was smoking behind the counter, and the smell was overwhelming when we walked in later that evening. She was friendly enough, but the overall experience felt careless. We were placed in a handicapped room at the end of the hall next to an exit door that slammed constantly all night and early morning, making it difficult to sleep. The room also did not seem properly accessible at all — the sink was too high, the hairdryer was stored on a top shelf, and the grab bars seemed poorly positioned. The room itself was very small. The morning staff was kind and helpful, but the evening experience overshadowed everything. The bed was extremely hard, the pillows were flat and uncomfortable, and despite booking two months in advance, it felt like we were thrown into a random leftover room."

"Breakfast was fresh. Staff was excellent. Parking was easy. I would prefer to have a liquid coffee cream 10 % and 18 %, it is my personal preference. "

"This hotel was a pleasant surprise. The breakfast is amazing. They have a market to grab snacks. I loved the reading nook in the room. It’s a lovely feature! Also the lighting over the working desk area makes working on your computer more illuminating. There are not dresser drawers and the closet area is tiny (not a problem for me). However, the refrigerator and microwave are nice features without paying extra. "
