"Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, egal ob Zimmerservice, Restaurant, Bars und Strand, alle sind wirklich bestrebt einen schönen Urlaub zu bieten. Das Gelände ist wunderbar, sehr weitläufig, auch der Strand, und dadurch merkt man nicht wie viele Gäste tatsächlich da sind. Es gibt immer freie Liegen und Sitzplätze. Die Getränke und das Essen sind von hoher Qualität. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder."

"Très bon service seulement si vous donnez des pourboires exemple pour le menage de la chambre au 4 etage la personne n'a pas cessé de réclamer de l'argent à mes enfants. Par contre à la reception, dans les différents restos et à la piscine le personnel est au top."

"Das Zimmer wurde täglich gereinigt. Schöne Handtuch Figuren auf dem Bett. Minibar war inclusive im Preis inbegriffen. Wurde aber leider nicht nachgefüllt, ausser Wasserflaschen. Service Freundlichkeit in der ganzen Anlage, Kelner war sehr gut. Mit kleinem Trinkgeld noch besser. "

"We are a family of 7 travelling from Canada that stayed in 3 rooms. We were very impressed with the resort, kind genuine staff and quality of food and beverage included with the all-inclusive. We stay at 5 star all-inclusive hotels in the Caribbean and Mexico and would recommend this resort for those looking for a different experience. The snorkeling off the beach with the variety of coral and fish is hard to find and very much appreciated with the hotel’s location."

"Excellent hôtel, très récent (ouvert en mai 2025). Tous les équipements sont de qualité, le service est vraiment excellent : le personnel est toujours souriant et prêt à rendre service et faire plaisir. La nourriture est bonne et variée. Les chambres et l'hôtel en général sont très propres. Mention spéciale pour les chambres swim-up (avec piscine semi privative) qui sont top !"
