"Good contact the day before arriving, and also by booking. The room was excellent, big with a very big shower an always quick hot water. Fine terras with a green part before. All amnentys present. Service reparation airco leak techniek man was coming in 15 min and resolve immediatly the problem. Roomcleaning ebery day and change bedclothed everu3 days. The food was good especelu the chef made every day special soep veggie for us. Excellent choise dessert. All members in the service did good job...

"Since the moment of arrival, the check in took less than 10 minutes. We're given a first floor room. Very spacious room, clean with a sea view. We used the two pools in front of our room. The beach is fantastic with some corals and plenty of small colourful fish. Food was excellent and a huge variety of fresh plates. All local drinks were available and served everywhere. Excellent friendly staff. We'll surely return back."

"Das Zimmer wurde täglich gereinigt. Schöne Handtuch Figuren auf dem Bett. Minibar war inclusive im Preis inbegriffen. Wurde aber leider nicht nachgefüllt, ausser Wasserflaschen. Service Freundlichkeit in der ganzen Anlage, Kelner war sehr gut. Mit kleinem Trinkgeld noch besser. "

"We had a great time as a family of 5 in the resort for ten nights. There is plenty to do with the kids including aqua aerobics, Zumba, volleyball, tennis, mini golf, belly dancing and a wide choice of swimming pools and water slides (we counted 11 in total). Drinks and refreshments were easy to reach and the main restaurant offers great variety and options. "Wir waren zum 1 Mal im Iberotel und ich darf sagen, dass wir sehr zufrieden waren. Hier ist man sehr bemüht, dass es den Gästen an nichts fehlt. Das Haus, die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und sehr sauber. Die Zimmer sind zwar schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber trotzdem war alles sehr sauber und der Zimmerservice war erstklassig. Einziges Marko war, dass unser Zimmer (Nr.9122) in direkter Nachbarschaft zum nächsten Hotel lag und wir die von 19.00 - 23.00 Uhr das sehr laute Abendprogramm...
