"I stayed two nights and nobody came to clean my room, despite the fact that I hung a "please clean my room" sign outside my door from morning until late at night. I simply informed the receptionist (without even complaining) the following day during my checkout. We knew is an old hotel with big room but the room doors are in need of upgrading bcos most of them cannot be closed properly, needs to pull hard to shut tightly which resulted loud bangs, so just imagine hearing door banging every now and then, which included ours too! "First of all. The room was very spacious and thoughtfully allocated although I would suggest upgrading the television to a smart tv for an executive room such as this. That was the most comfortable bed I’ve slept on in a long time for my back and neck issues. I was however very disappointed with the roof top. Namely because there’s a lot of open unused space that could be utilized as green space with plants and small trees to really liven up the vibe. The pool is outdated. I feel like...
