"The service was great. Every staff are kind and always smile . We traveled with 2 kids , 5 years old and 9 years old. They really enjoyed pool.we could stay at pool for 4hours. "Stayed for 4 nights and it was lovely. Breakfast was good, an easy walk to the night market. Any questions we had were quickly answered by staff. Room is a little rundown but nothing incredibly noticeable unless you really focus on it. All in all would definitely stay next time I come to Melaka."

"Friendly and helpful staff. Clean, comfortable room. There are lots of restaurants just steps outside of this hotel including half block of food stalls on street at night. This hotel also offers free shuttle to few local attractions from Friday to Sunday (need to book in advance). I will definitely stay here again."

"Stayed for 3 days. Room is okay, carpet in room was too old and dirty, chair is damaged. Hallway is hot without AC. Reception staffs were not very professional and unfriendly. Fortunately, the GM Assistant was very helpful and bellman who names Razi were always be there and asked us what we needed. Morning Buffet was awefull "

"The hotel is centrally located: walking distance to both high end and affordable shopping from Seven 11 to Channel. About 2 minutes walk to Times Square which mimics the hustle and bustle of NYC (As a New Yorker, I felt at home ). I often went out at 1am to grab snacks or food, and I felt safe. Area was clean"
