"Room was in disrepair. Countertop in washroom and flooring was lifting. Balcony was dirty. Sauna in room is completely useless, especially in the heat of the summer. Pool area was unacceptable. Whirlpool and cots were dirty. No beach towels provided. Access within the hotel was awkward, multiple elevators."

"Beautiful room! Lovely private terrace. Amazing little "beach" to lay out and then jump in the refreshing lake. Breakfast is definitely worth the 15 euro fee. Extremely friendly and helpful staff - good onsite restaurant and close to everything you could possibly want. Pro Tip: Do NOT get this hotel confused with the Belvedere in Bellagio! Pay attention to the town this is in - Argegno! Not Bellagio!"

"I have to first start saying that Matteo, was very resourceful and helpful. When I we arrived one of our rooms was super stinky, 😭 I mean smell awful. Once I communicated with the staff (by Whatsapp) he was able to change our room. The hotel is very convenient located to the train station and the ferry. Other than that.. great stay"

"Beautiful location with direct views to lake Como and mountains. Just a few yards from shore of the lake which has a pebbly beach. Great for swimming. Some good restaurants around and just across the road from the railway station. Amazing setting! The breakfast (Halal) is really good and sitting in the garden looking at the lake and mountains is bliss! Very helpful staff. It's one of the best 3* hotels we've stayed in."
