There was always a good range of food and drink on offer and the staff friendly and professional. Special mention must go to Tilbe at Reception, she was ever friendly and helpful!"

"This hotel could be wonderful but in our opinion it was let down by some of its staff. The hotel was absolutely full of Germans. I have no problem with other nationalities, however being Canadian/English our first language IS NOT GERMAN. Even my ability to say please, thank you etc. in Turkish was lost on many. "Staff were lovely. We booked into the Turkish à la carte restaurant twice as it was delicious, Buffet was good I would give 7/10 Always something for the kids to do, water park was great fun, two garden parties with great entertainment and laser-drone show twice a week and good evening shows. Beach is lovely. The complex is beautiful and a great layout. Would recommend for a family holiday"

Resepsiyon görevlisi iyi niyetli olmakla beraber yeterli beceriye sahip değildi. Otelin konfor ve temizliği fiyat/performans açısından zayıftı. Personel yetersizdi.
