Despite being central, the hotel is quiet and feels very safe. The townhouse-style building has a relaxed charm, blending comfort with character. Breakfast was superb, with a wide variety of fresh, high-quality options. Everything felt convenient. Overall, an ideal choice for a peaceful yet central stay in Palma."

"We traveled as a family 4 ( 2 young kids under 6) and I couldnt speak more highly of this hotel. Their facilities, their restaurants, their staff, the drcor and ambience its truly exceptional. My son had a medical emergency he got an eye infection (no fault.of the hotel putisde the hotwl) they called a doctor for us in the middle of the night, they gollowed up with doctor, they chsng3d hotel resevatuons for us. They do so with such a level of kindneas and service its rare to see."
