"A lovely, modern, well equipped hotel. The staff are all very nice. We had a little hiccup with the electricity in our room but the efficient engineer came to the rescue and fixed it. The breakfast was good, the team were very attentive, polite and efficient. Couldn’t fault this hotel. It is a gem and would definitely will be back !! "

"This hotel is fine. The food was what I expected for an inexpensive all inclusive hotel. My issue is Expedia showed the location of the hotel on the beach in porto cristo. Yhe hotel is several miles inland."

"The staff are very rude and do not understand English. There are always misunderstanding between guests and staff. The girl handling the bar next to pool tables was very rude. The room didint have a fridge or hair dryer in bathroom. The internet is not free and its ridiculously expensive to buy hotels wifi and its only for one device when you buy it. Overall very unhappy with our stay and would not recommend this hotel to anyone. But the location is great. "
