"Fantastic stay at the Moxy! The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and down to earth, which made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The bar had an amazing selection of drinks, and there were plenty of fun activities at the hotel. The hotel is quirky and full of character. We stayed in a family room with four adults and were impressed by how clean, spacious, and well-designed it was, with a divider that gave everyone a bit of privacy. Would definitely stay again!"

Pre-check in was fine but check in when our rooms were ready was a faff and took longer than it should have as the staff were repeating the steps completed at pre check in. "We recently stayed at the Treehouse Hotel in Manchester and had a lovely experience overall. The hotel was spotlessly clean, full of character, and had a really fun, quirky vibe that made it feel different from your average hotel. The location was fantastic and made it easy to get around the city. The only small downside was during check-in.
