"Very new and clean hotel. Extremely quiet rooms considering how busy it was and that the runway is next door.
The only issue was, I stayed in an accessible room and when using the fixed position shower chair, the shower gel dispenser was behind me, so I couldn’t reach it. What’s the point of putting all that thought into grabrails and wide doorways, then putting the shower gel out of reach?
Lady on breakfast, Steph, was absolutely incredible. She is a complete engine in running that breakfast and we were amazed at what she sorted with ease and welcoming smile! What a credit to your hotel!"
