Good location and impressive city views. Staff were friendly but the Standard Queen room was quite worn out with lots of scuff marks on furniture

Lovely stay for a few days, ideally located. The executive lounge is worth the money, and the views are great. Breakfast was lovely, with everything you could wish for.

Hotel was very clean, approachable staff, quick check in and good destination from most places/events. On arrival the room was very clean, great variety of towels available for use and other amenities. However, stain found on carpet near the bin, bed was uncomfortable and made a noise on the slightest movement, no extra pillows available for use, nil ice available at ice dispenser. Check out was easy and done quickly.

The hotel exterior, lobby and facilities are impressive. The rooms are very much a let down. The wouldn’t be motivated to write such a review if it wasn’t for the price. Stained carpets with shabby, dinted and aged furniture. Creaky pipes for the shower. The bathroom was lovely however and the bed itself very comfortable.
