"The room was uncomfortably hot even with the window open, difficult to sleep because of the heat - couldn’t adjust it in room. Very worn fixtures and fittings, paint peeling on the ceiling. Lift was rather slow and elderly, a little disconcerting. Very loud music (and other noises!) from next door rooms - walls very thin. Needed passport or driving licence on arrival, which I didn’t see on any of the confirmation emails. Another person checking in at the same time as me had the same issue - not at all clear when booking. WiFi only free in public areas. Woken at 2.30am by the police entering our corridor and announcing themselves and then someone shouting, we assume being arrested. Amazed it got a ‘good’ feedback rating on hotels.com - I would expect much better for the money we spent. "

"I had booked in doubts, but was pleasantly surprised, all lobbies were clean and decent, spacious and good airflow, reception staffs we warm and welcoming, my room was upgraded for no reason, which made my 3yr old very happy, property was in a god location to lots of restaurants and fun places. Downside is no tea & coffe in the room, which wasn’t helpful for a tea drinker while working at night & I had a child who needed warm water. Was only there on business for 2 nights so we just managed , I will be coming back it was very convenient we didn’t even use any AC or heating we were warm enough despite the rain "

"Spacious and well-equipped room. Lush white towels Room was okay but chipped paint in doors ans skirting board and needed a good clean in some areas - this was une pected co sidering the price paid Food in bar was very good and reasonably priced"

"Very nice hotel, very surprised by the size of the rooms very spacious great views. Room had a couch table and chairs. Bathroom had separate shower and bath. The only thing I did not like was the soap holder in the shower it was placed at the perfect place for to accidentally headbutt "
