"Hotel Flori is based just outside of Como. It's a 40 minute walk or a 10 minute taxi ride, however taxis are few and far between in Como! The hotel itself is on a main road and the first room we were given was very noisy, however the guest relations manager Mattia was excellent in moving us (My 80 year old Mother and myself) to a quieter room. The hotel itself is fine, it could do with a little refresh in places, particularly communal areas like stair carpeting, wobbly tables etc. The staff...

"Very nice, small family owned & run hotel. Rooms are all suites. Very friendly staff. Breakfast buffet with lots of variety and high quality. Dinner available, simple menu but very good. Nice lounge area with a simple bar. Spectacular view from our room, that has a large balcony to enjoy the view. On site parking easily accessible. There is another hotel accross the road that has a great reastaurant & bar. The staff even recommended it! Would defiantly book again!"

"The location was awesome. It was immediately right outside the ferry station of lenno, as soon as you get our of the ferry. View from the front of the hotel was great. The room was clean but basic. The bathroom was clean. They provide 3 things in the minibar that is included in the price. A coke, a water can and carbonated water can. Its once for the stay. The breakfast was better than average.
