"All the staff we met during our stay were really nice to us. Our room was clean and smells really good. In my opinion, the parking spaces are not meant for large SUV's except the handicapped spaces."

"The Shoreline offered good value and the location was convenient: 2 blocks away from most attractions/shopping on a not-so-busy street. It was clean and had a newer feel. In spite of obvious efforts & investments to create a distinct vibe, the seating, fixtures, color schemes, pool vibe weren't especially functional or relaxing. Probably too late to redecorate, but what you see on the page is what you get -- and if you're OK with that, I don't think you can go wrong booking here."

We very much enjoyed the minimalist style, and it offered the perfect balance of being close to a variety of activities and attractions, while also providing a relaxing place to unwind whenever we needed. "The breakfast/gathering area smelled and the floor could use a good cleaning. The food was repetitive and not that great. The only item I looked forward to was the fresh fruit. My room smelled musty and damp. The room was run down, bed was uncomfortable. We watched the pool staff and were impressed with the care given to the pool. Maybe I missed it, but the resort fee was steep and came as a surprise. Not sure what $376 covered. Staff was exceptionally kind and pleasant in the dining...

"The small upper bathroom window should be covered with an opaque plastic sheet or some other material, rather than being left completely uncovered, especially when there are apartments across from it."

"The hotel is under heavy renovation/construction which causes a lot of noise and issues. One day the hot water was off from 10 am to 3 pm. To get from the rooms to the front desk you have to walk through a roped off path beside a large area where the workers are working, which will be the lobby. The staff gave us an upgrade to reduce the noise and accommodated early check in. The room was exceptionally beautiful with all of the modern features.
