"The main hallway on the first floor smelled terrible. I don’t know if it was the carpet or what. It was very strong and smelled like urine but it was too strong and too big of an area that smelled to actually be urine. There was a small trash can collecting a leak. Maybe the source of the smell? Our room was clean and no problems with our room."

"We first arrived on Thursday July 2nd. There was o hit water, the sink didn’t drained properly and the toilet was clogged. Breakfast was served near the lobby with no AC. It was under repair. Manager was rude and didn’t change our room until Monday July 6th. We left very unsatisfied and disappointed."

"The room was clean but there was roaches.that is my only complaint.i had brand new towels and wash cloths It was clean until I seen around the mini fridge.my fridge was leaking and there was a pool of water around in alone with piles of dirt"

"AC leaked water all over the floor, it worked well and staff told me it would be fixed the next day so I didn't switch rooms, of course it wasn't, i don't imagine they have a plan to fix it because the size of the hole in the AC unit where the water rusted the grate apart was about 6 inches wide so they gave me a bucket and extra towels. The pool was great, very well kept, playground was well kept, only things I would change is maybe the hotel could pick up the mountains of trash in the hallways...

"Smells everywhere. Room and linens (pillow) smell like BO and sweat in two rooms. Hallway smells like weed. Horrible wet powder eggs breakfast. Staff was nice but need to be more proactive when they are not sitting around eating in lobby which they seemed to constantly be doing"

"The HIE was a great experience! Everything was clean and very nice. The bed was super comfortable. I liked that there was no carpet on the floors - you could see how clean they were."
