"Mani was an excellent host, very professional and passionate about the property. We stay in the annex rooms as visit a wedding near by. Room was modern, clean and beds very comfortable. Felt very spoilt as such a personal feel to the venue. Would defiantly return if going back to the area. "Lovely period gastopub right on the river Lugg. Lovely light and fresh accommodation. Food all delicious with a great selection. Their eco wellness spa facilities was a real treat to hire as well, a gorgeous spot to relax in. My wife loved her massage with Charlene as well. Definitely recommend"

"Perfect place to stay. Lovely pub & gardens. Room was great plenty of room with the added luxury of a small balcony overlooking the pub garden. Breakfast was great and although not needed they had reserved a seat for an evening meal which I thought was great."

"This hotel provided a reasonably sized and comfortable room. The bathroom, although a bit small, was well-organized, making it convenient for guests. The breakfast was excellent value for money, offering a variety of hot food options. However, the bathroom had a very unpleasant smell that persisted throughout our entire stay of six days. I suspect it was coming from the shower curtain fabric or the sewer line. Additionally, the bathtowels were not made of cotton."

"Turned up to find our key out on a table, with our name and details where to find the room Everyone else who was staying also had their keys laid out with names/room details. No-one available to speak to, in-person, at check-in. We were in the family room, at the back/outside of the property. Whole room smelt of grease due to the chip shop adjoining the hotel. To be fair, the hotel itselt smelt greasy. Toilets were filthy with broken seats, one of the shower trays filthy and not clean. The...
