"Hello,
My wife and I stayed here for 4 days. The service was incredible, breakfast included , and they even upgraded our room. Would recommend anyone to stay here if they never have visited Costa Rica. The staff provided great service and recommendations. It felt like I was in the show White Lotus lol"

"The only reason one star was removed was because there should be better doors for the igloos and a locking option on the inside. The reason your guests find this important is because if we are inside changing and do not hear knocking, the cleaning staff will enter. This is not ok.
